Yes, please ensure your hair is clean, product-free, and fully detangled before your appointment. We don’t offer washing or blow-dry services at this time.

You can either provide your own hair or request that we supply it. If you’d like us to bring the hair, please let us know the colour and length when booking (an extra charge applies).

All bookings require a £20 non-refundable deposit, which goes towards your total. Your appointment isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received.

We accept card, bank transfer, or cash payments. Full payment is due immediately after your appointment is completed.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule in time.

Yes! We offer kids’ braiding services for children aged 5 and above. Please ensure they can sit comfortably throughout the appointment and parental supervision is always required.

Absolutely! We provide wig revamp services (washing, restyling, and restoring your wigs), as well as custom wig creation tailored to your preferences. We also offer professional hair extension installations, giving you seamless length and volume that blends beautifully with your natural hair.
